Guest Access

Guests will receive the information about the address and how to access the property prior to their arrival. The 2nd floor is occupied by the host, but the guest suite space is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There will be plenty of street Parking in front of the house. Please do not park in or block the driveway as that is the host's parking site.

Had a fantastic stay at Henry’s place. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like teas and other amenities. The location was perfect—not too far from public transport but still quiet during the day and at night. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I would definitely recommend this airbnb. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the highway entrance to get around the area. Henry was very communicative. We had a very comfortable stay. The kitchen has some of the basics in the cupboard should you want to cook, coffee was available. There were no surprises - it's a nice place and we would stay there again.

We stayed for a week at The Blue House and we loved it! The neighborhood was quiet and was walking distance to the Mountlake Terrace (MLT) Light Rail station & a local shopping center (QFC, Starbucks, restaurants, etc.). The house was well appointed, comfortable and had everything we needed. And, Henry was such a great host! We will definitely stay here in the future.

My mother and I stayed for a week. We were beyond comfortable. I would give Henry more than 5 stars if I could. The kitchen was great and had everything my mother needed to cook 5 out of 7 days. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. His whole place better than described. Truly a home away from home. Look forward to staying again in the future.

It was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Location was convenient, close to the freeway. The house was clean and felt cozy. Henry was very prompt in response to our needs/questions. Laundry room with washer and dryer was definitely a plus!! Highly recommend! Thank you!

This is our second time staying at Henry’s place and again, we found it completely comfortable and very cozy! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Access to I-5 is quick and easy. Henry is a very thoughtful host and responds quickly. We did have an issue with the smoke alarms going off early in the morning which put a damper on our stay this time. Regardless of that, we look forward to staying at The Blue House again!

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Public transportation is available on the main street about 8 minutes walk away or a transit station about 15 minutes walk away. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house, which can fit 2 cars easily.
