Guest Access

Guests will receive the information about the address and how to access the property prior to their arrival. The 2nd floor is occupied by the host, but the guest suite space is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There will be plenty of street Parking in front of the house. Please do not park in or block the driveway as that is the host's parking site.

Having spent a substantial time traveling with family, I can say by far Henry's blue house felt at home immediately. Not only did it contain all the amenities you'd want for your family, it also contained a excellent kitchen, laundry space, comfortable beds and ample parking and some exploring space for the kids around the house and in the neighborhood. Loved the experience and will certainly stay again once Im back. Henry is an outstanding host and is quick to respond. We appreciate the time we spent in the space!

We had a great stay here. It was in a great location, very close to activities and public transportation. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and had lots of amenities in the house. Henry was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions!

Mountlake terrace was a great place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Conveniently located if you’re planning to spend time in the city or head north. Easy access to highway and close to ferry’s if you’re wanting to visit islands. Henry, was very responsive for anything we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Henry’s place was one of the nicest we have used! It is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I am a senior with walking issues and found it very easy to get in and out of the house. The suite is tastefully decorated and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Everything was super clean and the beds were very cozy! I look forward to booking the suite again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Henry's. All of the amenities that we get with all of the spacious space made our stay more enjoyable. Henry as a host is very proactive, fast response, and easy to communicate with. Very recommend if you are looking for a private, spacious, and full with amenities to stay in!

My family and I stayed at Henry’s home for five nights, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The house was perfect for four people—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located near the freeway and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to get around. I would highly recommend staying here!

One word that describes The Blue House would have to be PERFECT. The neighborhood is fantastic. It's easy to navigate. And it's idyllic. It's not easy to find an Airbnb with a full kitchen, and this one had everything we needed. The added benefit of a full laundry was absolutely amazing, and it meant that we came home with clean clothes instead of spending our first day back home washing everything. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and we loved spending our time there. Henry was a great communicator. He provided easy to follow instructions, and was available to help with anything we may have needed. He lives right upstairs, but he was so quiet we barely knew he was there. It was great knowing that if we had any issues he would be right there to take care of them. All in all, it was a prefect place to stay and we would definitely consider staying at The Blue House again in the future.

In town for activities at UofW. It was about an easy 20 minute drive to the University. Great space for a small family. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeway. Property was spotless with a nice kitchen and laundry area. Would highly recommend.

We loved Henry's home, it was in the perfect location in a great neighborhood. We had easy access to a bunch of shops and restaurants and it was so lovely to come back everyday to this lovely house; It was clean, super comfortable, and our host was super kind and very responsive. If anyone is looking to stay in the Mountlake Terrace/North Seattle area I couldn't recommended this place highly enough. In other words 11/10 and we can't wait to stay again.

The blue house was perfect for our location and event. We had many people in town renting Airbnb’s for a family wedding and a few of them were not happy with their Airbnb’s. However, the blue house was beautiful spotless roomy clean and comfortable. Henry was a fantastic host and next time we go to Seattle to visit family we would love to stay at the blue house again.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Public transportation is available on the main street about 8 minutes walk away or a transit station about 15 minutes walk away. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house, which can fit 2 cars easily.
