The 2nd floor is occupied by the host, but the guest suite space is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There will be plenty of street Parking in front of the house. Please do not park in or block the driveway as that is the host's parking site.

We had an excellent time in Henry's place! We spent a month in his place while we were getting our kitchen remodel done at home. His place is like a 5-star hotel except it is better! Not only does it have beautiful interior design but also has a well-stocked large functioning kitchen and a really nice washer and a dryer. QFC and Bartell are only short drive away, and the transit center is within walking distance. We could not have asked more. Henry was also an excellent host. When we had a few heavy snowy days, we were in need of some rags to wipe off the floor after going in and out with the shoes that walked on snow. I messaged him and he dropped off a bag of microfiber clothes for us to use! He was always communicating, and we were able to feel relaxed and welcomed the whole time we were there. We highly recommend his place to anyone!

Henry's place is well worth it. Modern interior design, it feels like hotel quality at home. kitchen is super nice, you can easily tell the kitchen equipments are top quality. If you plan to cook, this is your place. location is convenient, easy access to free way.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Public transportation is available on the main street about 8 minutes walk away or a transit station about 15 minutes walk away. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house, which can fit 2 cars easily.
